I signed up on twitter.com.

The basic idea of twitter is to share in 140 letters or less your answer to the question “What are you doing?” After signing up I realized that when I started this website, acoolsha.org, five or six years ago, my motive was to share what I was doing culturally with friends and beyond.

In the past year I have gotten behind or off-track in doing that, for different reasons. Yet as my friend Nick said, not always entering my activities also reflects what I am doing. A very helpful insight for me. But now I am getting back to acoolsha.org and my approach will be different. I don’t know if I can return to my original practice of entering every film, concert, museum visit here, but I want to broaden my scope and put in whatever comes to mind. The context will still be cultural, but in the broader sense of that which we do and produce.
